Junior IT Supporter (M/F/D)

Your role & responsibilities include being our first line of support for IT tools and adapting it to new challenges.

You will be part of our internal IT team. We work cross-locational and support each other. We stand for collaboration, trust and well-integrated processes to ensure happy colleagues. Our aim is that the workplace IT runs professionally and reliable across all locations and remote. You will join the team in Hanover to support all local IT workplace topics and to work on the following daily tasks

• first point of contact in our ticketing system
• improve the IT knowledgebase and guidelines in our intranet 
• manage our IT workplace assets and support in choosing, purchasing, setup and retiring
• onboard and train our new team members with all necessary IT equipment and workplace software

Your experience is what we are looking for:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist system integration (German: Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a relevant background 
• You have gained initial experience in supporting IT workplaces and cloud tools and a fascination to develop yourself further in this area
• You are interested in managing a cloud workplace setup with macOS
• You have fluent English & German language skills
