Your role & responsibilities include strategy development, conception and provisioning of data analytics use cases and data driven decision making.
Our Data & Analytics-Team enables our partners to use their various data sources for the best possible customer engagement and a highly personalized user experience. We support our clients in identifying, designing and implementing data and analytics solutions. We help build analytics capabilities which integrate with our clients’ business strategies and provide insights into key business questions. Our team designs data processes and architectures, develops and provides data solutions for companies of all sizes.
With us, you will be part of a team exploring and structuring data science use cases and solutions.
- Identification, evaluation and further development of ongoing and new projects in the areas of Brand, Communication and Business Innovation, as well as internal development fields where Data can be used to create added value
- Strategy development, sparring and coordination of interdisciplinary teams for the implementation of data projects
- Integrate Data into every step of creative processes: from target group analysis, to deriving creative insights, to digital analytics and success measurement
- Definition and development of KPIs and measurement models, development of performance measurement as well as dashboard solutions
- Development of surveys, as well as collaboration with our research colleagues
- Trend, market and competitor analyses with the support of social listening, consumer panels, opinion research and survey tools, social media tools, etc.
Your experience is what we are looking for:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Media Informatics, Business Informatics or a comparable education/qualification and at least two years professional experience
- Experience as a Strategist in a media/advertising agency or a company in the online industry is an advantage
- Proactive way of thinking and acting, empathic appearance temperment and independent, ability to work alone and in a team
- Basic understanding of data and qualitative and quantitative market research methods
- Analytical thinking and a holistic view for strategies to bring information gained from data simply and understandably on the point
- High intrinsic motivation and interest in current online and data trends
- Strong passion and solidified experience in the field of Digital Analytics & BI
- Experience in data manipulation, as well as knowledge of statistical tools (Python, R, SAS, Stata, SPSS)
- Knowledge of media targeting of various campaigns/experience with media agencies is a plus
- Good German and English skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for Kaiser X Labs
